Forensic Services Provided. TraumaResource provides highly defensible, state-of-the-art assessments of mental disorder. Our specialty area is rigorously determining the severity of traumatic emotional injury through careful interviewing of the client and collateral witnesses, personality and neuropsychological testing when appropriate, and close inspection of relevant documentation. We believe in collaboration with counsel in the development of the consultation, work products consistent with best practices in forensic psychology, and evaluations and/or declarations that are in your client's best interests. We will often be able to advise you early on--usually at no cost to you--if we are unable to assist you in advancing your case.  We are also prepared to examine other professionals' determinations  of mental disorder for rigor and acceptability of conclusions, particularly in the area of suspected false claims of traumatic stress injury.
